During each quarter year the team endeavours to focus on a number of social and sporting activities usually locally but frequently further afield.
Currently we are swimming at the Olympic Pool in Newmarket on Tuesdays and Thursdays 7.30 to 8.30pm.
Members enter by paying the pool entry fee at the door and a $2.00 koha (donation) is collected poolside by the coach at each session to help with coaching expenses.
APRIL-MAY-JUNE
Tuesdays. 7.30 – 8.30pm.
Coached session with Brett at the Olympic Pool, Newmarket.
Thursdays. 7.30 – 8.30pm.
Coached session with Cynthia at the Olympic Pool, Newmarket.
The ocean swimming season has come to a close with the last race of the season having been held on Saturday April 17th. Although there are some swimmers who swim right throughout the winter most people will get back in the ocean come daylight saving in September/October.
Over the winter you are likely to find us swimming at the Olympic pool 10-11am on a Saturday morning. Particularly those training for Koln.
